Not parsing tag via comment

I want to put some wr-tag into template, but I don't want tu parse this tag.
In documentation there is tag ESCAPE, where can I put any text, but when I put wr-tag inside, it does not working. Working way is put it to the xml. But I don't want to put this tag into XML source file. I want to have this tag directly into the template. Can You help me with this?

First off, we strongly recommend not using the ESCAPE tag as we cannot gurantee the output of the RTF file as the text between the beginning and ending ESCAPE tags is passed directly through and not interpreted by our engine. If this text corrupts the output file, Windward cannot be held accountable.
